Kerry O’Brien Publicity was engaged to launch Bistro Guillaume, a
French restaurant at Crown owned and operated by renowned Sydney restaurateur, Guillaume Brahimi.
In Australia the majority of restaurants launch with the typical story or review in newspaper and magazine food supplements. Kerry O’Brien Publicity took a new look at restaurant publicity and generated up front news stories in The Australian, Herald Sun and The Age along with major features across a wide range of national and Victorian print outlets, including, including high end national magazines.
Kerry O’Brien Publicity was retained as Bistro Guillaume’s publicity representative for the entire launch year. During the engagement the restaurant was awarded with two major and prestigious awards: Gourmet Traveller Magazine’s Best New Restaurant and The Age Good Food Guide’s Best New Restaurant.
